Toyosi Adewumi is a self-motivated team player with 14 years experience in Customer Service Operations, Human Resources, Administration and Project Management. She holds Bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of Lagos, a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Organizational Change from the University of Lancaster UK and a practitioner certificate in Projects In Controlled Environments (Prince2).
Prior to joining AIICO Pension Managers Limited, she had worked with Oak Pensions Limited as Head, Customer Care, Sky High Data Services UK and Meristem Registrars Limited.
She has participated in various training, workshops and seminars in Customer Service, Relationship Management and Leadership.
