Tunde has over 18 years cognate experience which spans the Financial Services sector in the areas of Strategic Planning, Operations Management, Business Development, Marketing & Sales, Client Services, Research, Corporate Communications, Branding, Training & Manpower Development and Events Management. He holds a BSc in Economic & Social Policy from Birkbeck College University of London, PGD. in Management Studies from Greenwich School of Management and an MBA from London School of Management and Technology. He is an Associate member of National Institute of Marketing Nigeria (Chartered) and the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria. He is also registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA) UK.
Tunde started his career in the United Kingdom at Hertz UK and later moved to IG Index Plc. On his return to Nigeria, he joined Security Swaps Limited (Stock Brokers) as a Business Development Manager, before joining First Alliance Pension & Benefits Limited (acquired by ARM Pension Managers Limited) as the pioneer South West Zonal Manager (Business Development), where he spent a year. In September 2006 he joined AIICO Pension Managers as a Manager in Sales & Business Development, serving in different roles. in January 2010, he was appointed the pioneer Head of Client Services before being redeployed to Head Sales & Business Development in July 2010. In February 2015, Tunde was appointed Head Strategic Planning & Corporate Communication, until his appointment as Executive Director Operations & Business Development with supervisory responsibility over Benefit Administration, Contribution and Collections, Information Technology, Operations, Business Development and Client Services.
He has attended several training courses and workshops, including the Senior Management Program (SMP) from Lagos Business School (Pan African University), Strategic Thinking & Leadership for Growth Program, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, and Institute of Directors (IoD) Nigeria.
