Isiaka Ibrahim is a professional with vast knowledge of the financial services industry covering Banking, Capital Market Operations and Pension Industry. His critical work experience in internal audit and regulatory compliance has equipped him immensely in delivering on job functions. He has continuously been involved in the design and implementation of effective control/compliance frameworks to guide transactions processing which ensure that operational, credit, market, reputation and compliance risks are well mitigated.
He holds BSC Economics from the premier University of Ibadan, Nigeria and MSC Finance from the prestigious University of Liverpool Management School, United Kingdom. He is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Associate member, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). As the Chief Compliance Officer, AIICO Pension Managers Limited, he plays the significant role of providing framework for strategic monitoring and enforcement of compliance of all business units in the Company with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act 2014 and other circulars, guidelines and regulations that are issued by National Pension Commission and other relevant government agencies from time to time.
He had previously worked as Chief Compliance Officer of Marina Securities Limited and as Head of Financial Crimes and Regulatory Monitoring Unit in the Conduct and Compliance Group of Access Bank Plc before joining AIICO Pension Managers Limited. He is happily married with children.
